Israel Political Science Association is an association of researchers and teachers in the fields of political science from universities and colleges throughout the country. Its main goals are to improve teaching and research quality, the professional ethics of political scientists in Israel and promotion of the profession.
Among other things, ISPSA holds meetings and scientific conferences, sends representatives to scientific congresses and establishes contact with institutions and scientists abroad. In 2008 ISPSA founded the Israel Political Science Association Press, which publishes original quality manuscripts of Israeli political scientists.
Israeli Political Science Association's activity includes working groups, ISPSA press and awards and in several categories. A call for nominations for ISPSA awards is published several months before the annual conference.
Join ISPSA by paying an annual membership fee. Association members may attend the ISPSA Annual Conference, to attend and vote at the General Assembly and serve in various positions in the association, subject to a selection process.
